30-day returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as they are:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- In the original packaging, with all tags and parts
- Accompanied by your order number
Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used: grooming tools that have been used, pet wipes and other consumables, and items that have been chewed, washed or damaged by use. Gift cards and sale items marked “final sale” are also non-returnable.
How to start a return
- Email us at info@furfreshhub.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address.
- Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns without approval cannot be processed.
Return shipping
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, the customer pays return shipping. If the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the cost, and in many cases you will not need to send it back at all.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (or your damage claim is approved), we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. Contact us and we will help.
Order cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can be returned under this policy.
